This position (unlicensed plumber) reports to the Mechanical Section Manager. The Plumber must read from blueprints, drawings and specifications in order to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks and waste/drainage systems. This position will plan, install, repair, maintain and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls within the institution. These piping systems may be used to transport water, waste, gases or hot liquids. The Plumber will work in cooperation with other trades to ensure that all specifications and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project. Providing adequate services will ensure that all piped distribution systems, waste and drainage systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety.Job Description:

Pay Range:
$35.00 - $47.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
