- Repair, troubleshoot, and diagnose underground plumbing systems, including water, sewer, gas & stormwater.
- Provide service installation, and maintenance of underground piping systems
- Operate heavy equipment
- Work on new construction build out projects
- Perform above-ground, underground and finish plumbing tasks
- Repair existing plumbing infrastructure for commercial properties, including underground and above‑ground systems
- Minimum 5 years of Underground Service Plumbing experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of underground piping systems
- Skilled with underground utility repairs & installs.
- Experience in new commercial build‑out projects.
- Experience with above‑ground (rough‑in) and finish plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.
- Experience working with and maintaining national accounts.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, MVR check, and background check.
- Physical dexterity to perform required job duties.
- Clean driver’s license.
