- In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive plumbing inspections for customers.
- Offer upgrade options based on plumbing inspections findings.
- Repairing or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc.
- Locating and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks)Reading blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
- Cutting , assembling and installing pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring)
- Installing and maintaining water supply systems
- Installing waste disposal and sanitary systems
- Installing and servicing water treatment systems and water heaters.
- Skills and Requirements:
- Residential Service Plumbing experience
- Service Titan experience a plus
- Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings
- Working knowledge of appliances
- Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly with a great deal of patience
- Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces
- Ability to work on-call as needed:
- On-call hours: M-F 4:00pm-9:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-9:00pm
- $200 for being on call plus OT.
