Requirements for Service Plumber:
- At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing service (more is a plus)
- Must hold a valid Washington State PL01 (Journeyman Plumber) or PL02 (Residential Plumber) license
- Current and valid driver's license required
- Proven track record of effectively selling plumbing services and solutions to clients
- Annual earnings range: $95,000 – $140,000

- Handle mainly residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, fixes, and installations
- Troubleshoot and repair/replace items such as faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, drain lines, and water filtration setups
- Respond to both scheduled maintenance visits and urgent/emergency requests
- Interpret building plans, specifications, and local codes to plan the best approach for each job
- Follow all company safety guidelines and protocols consistently
- Approximately 90% of assignments involve single-family homes, with occasional multi-family or similar project
