Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose residential plumbing issues
• Present repair and replacement solutions
• Perform high-quality plumbing repairs and installations
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Identify larger project opportunities within homes
• Work closely with service management to maximize opportunity and customer experience

Experience We’re Looking For

• 3+ years residential plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Experience with:
  • Water heaters
  • Drain systems
  • Sewer replacements
  • Leak repairs
  • Re-drains
  • Re-pipes
• Strong communication and sales ability
• Clean driving record
• Motivated, competitive mindset
• Ability to perform in a performance-driven environment
