Plumbing Estimator

Pro Tech Mechanical, a Crete United company is looking to add an experienced commercial Plumbing Estimator to our dynamic team in Corpus Christi, Texas. Re-location assistance can be considered for well qualified candidates. Must have at least 5+ years of Estimation/Project Management experience with knowledge in commercial construction. The position is full-time and offers many great benefits, including a generous base pay and bonus structure, hands-on training, and room for growth within the organization. Essential Duties for Estimator:

• Create accurate take off for plumbing and piping projects
• Maintain contact with vendors and subcontractors regarding projects (submittals, change orders, RFI's, O&M's, etc.)
• Properly process/submit/file change orders
• Properly perform quantity take offs for estimates
• Promptly answer/return phone calls and emails from vendors and customers

Requirements 

• 5 Years minimum experience in a similar plumbing and piping estimator role
• Experience with Plumbing is a must, HVAC Piping is preferred.
• Must be able to prioritize work and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office with knowledge of spreadsheets, projects and presentation software.
• Experience with digital onscreen take-off systems; Viewpoint software preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, details and project specifications.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work with others.

Top Base Pay ranges $90,000 to $120,000 a year DOE plus potential for performance bonus!
