Job Type: Full-Time
As a Master Plumber, you will perform residential and light commercial plumbing services, diagnose and repair plumbing issues, oversee complex installations, and provide guidance to apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
- Perform plumbing service, repair, and installation work.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems.
- Pull permits and ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended services.
- Mentor and support apprentice and journeyman plumbers.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and service records.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
- Active Colorado Master Plumber License required.
- Minimum 7 years of residential and/or commercial plumbing experience.
- Service Titan Experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review, consistent with applicable law.

Competitive pay: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience. Additional earning opportunities through performance bonuses and commissions based on individual and company performance.

Base Pay: $38–$50 per hour
Total annual earnings are expected to range from approximately $79,000 to $140,000+.
