This role combines technical expertise with a consultative sales approach—educating homeowners on their options and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs and budget.

JOB DUTIES

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
• Present clear, honest repair and replacement options to customers
• Educate homeowners to help them make informed decisions
• Build trust and deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Meet or exceed performance and revenue goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Accurately document jobs, estimates, and invoices

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Lead plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by the state of Texas.
• Must have a valid drivers license. 

  Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
